I met Chelsey for the first time at an open house. We hit it off right away. I loved her sweet and caring spirit and was drawn to her from the start. We usually use another realtor on all of our transactions but I just felt like we should use Chelsey and give her a shot. I could tell she was a smart girl and I loved her dynamic personality. I truly believed she could do a great job, She just needed a chance to prove it. My only concern was that this would be her very first transaction. So my husband and I decided to set up a showing and discuss a list of concerns we had before working together. Chelsey was very understanding and told us she was working with her mentor who was a seasoned 25 year veteran in the real estate industry. She was able to connect us with a list of recommended contractors for our inspections. She also talked with the sellers agent about the unsatisfactory condition of the HVAC unit and negotiated a last minute deal with the seller to pay for half of the replacement. A week before closing we were notified that the sellers did not have a survey for the property and that we would have to pay for one out of pocket and probably would not be able to close on time. About a half hour later Chelsey informed me that she found an old survey from the previous purchase and had submitted it to the title company and requested we use it instead. Her request was accepted! Needless to say Chelsey exceeded every expectation we had, saved us a ton of money on out of pocket expenses, and helped us to close on time! She treated us with such care and respect throughout this entire process that we truly feel we have not only made a life long business partner but also a true friend!
